Ptzioum offers a complete service of website creation, registration and hosting. We create dynamic web sites supported by content management software (CMS) with Drupal or E-Commerce systems with OsCommerce. We are adepts of LAMP (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP) technology. We also do web hosting.

Promotion :

The customer can benefit from a discount of $ 75 for the first year of hosting if it is a member of Network Impact. This promotion is applicable only with the purchase of Hosting Service and a Web Package.

Updates

The following requests are considered as updates:

- Alteration, modification, revision or correction of the textual and graphical content originally provided by the customer.

-  Alteration, modification, revision or correction of graphic theme initiated after the installation of the website.

-  Altération, modification, revision or correction of functionalities of one or more software available on the website.

All upgrades additional to those provided for the installation of a web site are billed at an hourly rate of 45 $ per hour. All update requests must be submitted by e-mail at vincent.demers <a> ptzioum.com

Customer agrees that it is responsible for the clarity of the information transmitted in its request for updates. Any inaccurate or confusing information might increase the time required to process the update and might impact on the overall quality of the website.

Once the update request has been received, an estimate of the time required to perform the requested update will be provided to the client before the start of treatment. This estimate will be provided in the form of a quotation including the total estimated costs.

In no occasion, an update will be done without quotation.

Billing

Meetings and consultations

All meetings and consultations are billed at an hourly rate of $45 per hour. If the meeting has to be outside of Ptzioum's offices (in the interior of the island of Montreal), an additional charge of 45 $ apply. Additionnal charges applies to meetings help outside of the island of Montreal.

Billing following the installation of a website

The payment of annual hosting must be made before the registration of the domain name ( Com. Net. Org. Info, etc.). A fee of 20 $ per domain name applies for the renewal of domain names ** additional to the one that which is included in the hosting package.

Billing following the installation of a website (Electronic Commerce)

In the event that the website will carry out financial transactions, a fee of 80$ per year is applicable for the purchase and implementation of SSL certificate and a dedicated IP address.

Billing of website updates

No update is done before Ptzioum has completed and provided a quotation to the customer. Payment is due at the delivery time of the update.

Renewals of website

All packages must be renewed annually. A fee of 20 $ per domain name applies for the renewal of domain names ** additional to the one that which is included in the hosting package. The payment of annual renewal of the hosting package is due 30 days before the expiration date of the domain name.

Overdue account

All amounts charged by Ptzioum are payable immediately. A monthly interest charge of 3.5% of the amount due shall apply to bills with more than 30 days of arrears. A written warning will be sent to the customer for any bill not paid after 60 days of arrears. In cases where a bill is still due after 90 days in arrears, Ptzioum could temporarily put an end to the web site hosting.

Garanties Guarantees

Customer agrees that it is aware of the conditions of use and that and he is entitled to maintain the contents of its website by itself.

An estimate of the expected processing time to complete the installation will be communicated to the client before website installation.

Ptzioum offers no guarantees about the processing time of a website installation.

Deadline for applying updates

An estimate of the expected processing time to perform the update will be communicated to the client before the start of treatment.

Limitation of Liability

The customer is responsible for the quality of the textual and graphical content of its website.

In no event shall Ptzioum be held responsible for the consequences associated with the information published on the website of the client.

Ptzioum offers no guarantee about the quality and quantity of textual information and graphics displayed on the website of the client.

Ptzioum offers no guarantee whatsoever about any other web site which can be accessed through a site hosted by Ptzioum, by the use of links or other.

Ptzioum assumes no responsibility for the accuracy or validity of the textual information and graphics of this site. In addition, Ptzioum does not warrant the adequacy, for any purpose whatsoever, of the textual information or graphics on this site. This information and these graphics are provided without warranty of any kind. Ptzioum does also no guarantee as to any other web site which you may access through this website, through the use of links or other.

Offline periods

Ptzioum not guaranteed as to the online time of a website and offers no compensation for a site that is not available during a given period.

Backups & data retrieval

Ptzioum performs monthly backups of data hosted on our servers.

Despite our best intentions, it can still occur situations where either a portion or all of the data is unrecoverable. For this reason Ptzioum agrees to make all possibleand reasonable efforts to recover and restore data from a website set offline following an unforeseen event. Ptzioum offers no guarantees about the safety and integrity of the data hosted on our servers.

Other technical problems

Ptzioum not offers warranties as to the functionalies of the software installed on the web sites of our customers.

Forbidden use of our services

When using Ptzioum.com hosting services, you are prohibited to:

A-post, publish, reproduce, transmit or otherwise disseminate the information, or other material constituting a criminal offense, which could give rise to civil liability, or that encourages conduct constituting an offense criminal or may give rise to civil liability;

B-post, publish, reproduce, transmit or otherwise disseminate the information, or other material protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights, as well as any derivative component of such information or any such item, without the permission of the copyright holder in question;

C-otherwise use this site in a manner contrary to the law, including posting or transmitting any information or software which contains a harmful or disruptive (virus, cancelbot, Trojan horse, worm, and so on. ).

Ptzioum reserves the right to terminate the hosting of a website when usage is considered prohibited.
